BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL


Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup or less milk of choice

  • 1-2 tablespoons nut butter

  • 1 scoop protein powder

Topping options

  • Coconut

  • Hemp or flax seed

  • Sliced almonds

  • Granola

  • Fresh fruit


Blend all base ingredients, adding milk slowly to get the right consistency. Top with favorite ingredients!

Smoothie bowls are a good balance of carbs, protein, and fats and are a quick and easy pre or post-workout meal.
